A safe place
to Exhale
Affirming online therapy in Pennsylvania and Florida for the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent adults, couples and individuals who need to feel truly seen.
Meet Brooke
I'm Brooke Davidson (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Eleven Eleven Psychotherapy. I'm also a queer, Jewish woman from the Philadelphia area, so the work of feeling truly seen isn't abstract to me. It's personal.
For over a decade I've sat with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, big life transitions, and hard questions about who they are. My style is warm and direct. Therapy with me isn't about being fixed, because you aren't broken. It's about feeling safe enough to get curious about yourself, to sit with the hard stuff without drowning in it, and to find your footing again.
I specialize in supporting the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent adults, and I welcome clients from every walk of life. Sessions are collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing. We move at your pace, always.
Why Eleven Eleven
The name is that quiet in-between moment. A pause, a breath, a small act of hope. It's the feeling I want every session to hold: stillness in the middle of the storm, and someone steady beside you while you find your way through.
What I help with
Whatever brought you here, whether it's something heavy you've carried a long time, a season that got harder than you expected, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, there's room for it here.
I specialize in the following:
LGBTQ+ Affirming Care: full acceptance for who you are, from coming out to identity to chosen family.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy: ADHD, autism, and more, working with your brain, not against it.
Trauma & PTSD: process what happened at your pace and feel at home in your life again.
Anxiety & Depression: understand what's underneath and find steadier ground.
Grief & Loss: honor what you've lost without rushing past it.
Life Transitions & Identity: get curious about who you're becoming.
Older Adults & Retirees: make sense of what's changing in a new chapter.
Couples & Relationships: communicate, reconnect, and reset the patterns that get in the way.
How To Start
Getting started is often the hardest part, so I've kept it simple.
1. Schedule a free consult. Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation. Good therapy runs on trust, so this is our chance to meet, get a feel for each other, and make sure I'm the right fit, before you commit to anything.
2. Come as you are for the first session. Your first session is just a chance to get oriented. We'll talk about what's been going on and what you're hoping feels different. You don't need to have it figured out.
3. Go at your own pace. Most clients meet weekly or biweekly for 50-minute sessions. There's no fixed endpoint and no wrong way to do this. The work is yours, and I follow your lead.
